Dr. Ali Hayder Abdul Kareem is a researcher and academic affiliated with the Ministry of Education, Department of School Buildings in Karbala, and the College of Engineering at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa, Iraq. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Electronics and Communications from Babylon University. His research focuses on nonlinear effects in optical fibers, including nonlinear analysis and compensation techniques, with additional interests in optical and wireless communication, communication networks, sensor networks, and emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things and cloud computing systems. He has published sixteen research papers indexed in international databases such as Scopus and Clarivate, along with six additional papers in other international journals. Dr. Kareem is an active scientific reviewer and has served as a reviewer for more than eighty papers in international journals and conferences. He is a certified Publons Academy peer reviewer and holds a research evaluation certificate recognizing his academic contributions. His scientific engagement extends across multiple platforms, with research profiles available on Scopus, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Academia.edu, ORCID, and Publons. Through his work, he contributes to advancing the understanding of optical communication systems and their integration with next-generation technologies, emphasizing innovation in communication networks, IoT, and cloud computing infrastructures.
