Dr. Ramlan holds a Ph.D. in Public Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), focusing on human security and civil society. He also earned an Executive Master and Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Science from UiTM Shah Alam, as well as a Diploma in Public Administration from UiTM Melaka. His strong academic foundation supports his continuous contributions to research and teaching.

Professional Experience 💼

His career includes roles such as Executive in Research and Training at BAHA Consultants, and currently, Risk Management Coordinator at UiTM Negeri Sembilan. He also serves as a Research Fellow at the Academy of Research and Advocation, and an Associate Fellow at the Research Institute for Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore (UUM-ITS), actively supporting regional policy research and cross-border studies.
