She earned her higher education degree in English and German Language Teaching from the same institution in 2000. Dr. Jantassova has over two decades of professional experience. She has served in roles such as Language Instructor, Lecturer, Assistant Professor, and Head of Department at leading universities in Kazakhstan. Notably, she was the President of KazTEA and a British Council Trainer for academic collaboration. She has also been involved in international engagements, including serving as a Visiting Professor at Romanian-American University in 2023.
