Assist. Prof. Dr. Manuel Ruiz Bailen is a distinguished medical professional and academic recognized for his extensive contributions to the field of Intensive Care Medicine and cardiovascular research. As Head of the Intensive Care Section and Associate Professor of Medicine, his work bridges clinical practice, education, and advanced research.
