Rehan Abid began his academic journey with a focus on the physical sciences. He completed his Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) in Pre-Engineering from Army Public School and College for Boys, Rawalpindi Cantt., followed by his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in Science from Aviation Army Public School and College, Rawalpindi. He further pursued his passion for physics by completing his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics at the University of Gujrat, Pakistan. His major project during this period involved radiation detection and measurement using a Geiger Mueller Counter, showcasing his early interest in experimental physics. Rehan continued his academic pursuits by earning his Master of Science (MS) in Physics from the International Islamic University Islamabad, Pakistan. His master's thesis, titled "Supercapacitive properties of PANI/rGO/Mn3O4 ternary nanocomposites," underscored his commitment to exploring advanced materials and their applications.

Professional Endeavors:

His professional journey reflects his dedication to scientific research and teaching. After completing his MS, he served as a Research Assistant at the International Islamic University Islamabad. His responsibilities included contributing to the Pak-UK Project on Advanced Energy Harvesters and Energy Storage Devices for Self-powered Flexible Energy Systems under the guidance of Dr. Imran Murtaza.
