Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hangwei Wan is a specialist in safety science and engineering with expertise in explosion dynamics and high-temperature reaction mechanisms involving gas, dust, droplets, and multiphase energetic materials. His research focuses on flame evolution, ignition sensitivity, explosion characteristics, thermal energy propagation, and hazard assessment under extreme conditions.
