She is also completing her Ph.D. in Mathematics and Computing at CHRIST University, where her thesis focuses on Transference Characteristics of Seismic Surface Waves in Piezo-composite Layered Structures with Distinct Interfacial Conditions. She holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics (2014) and a B.Sc. (2012) from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, and completed her schooling with distinction, securing over 80% in both High School and Intermediate education under HBSE.

Ms. Seema has experience both in academia and research. From June 2020 to May 2022, she worked as a Guest Faculty at CHRIST University, Delhi-NCR, teaching advanced mathematical subjects including Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Differential Equations with Python integration. Since June 2022, she has been serving as a Senior Research Scholar, contributing to the fields of theoretical and computational seismology. Her technical expertise extends to Python, SQL, LaTeX, Mathematica, and data analysis platforms.

Ms. Seema’s core research interests lie in Theoretical and Computational Seismology, focusing on wave propagation in smart and functional materials such as piezoelectric, piezomagnetic, and functionally graded piezoelectric materials (FGPM). She is particularly interested in surface and interface effects, rheological models, and flexoelectric coupling in seismic wave studies. Her work combines applied mathematics and physical modeling to analyze complex material interactions under various boundary and interface conditions.
