Guo Pan (born August 1985) is a senior engineer specializing in structural wind resistance, structural monitoring (inspection) and prevention, and bridge and culvert design. He is currently a representative professor at Zhengzhou University Yellow River Laboratory. With extensive experience in both academia and industry, he has contributed significantly to civil engineering research and infrastructure development.
