Prof. Dr. Irina S. Prof. Dr. Irina Karabulatova graduated with honors in philology from Arkalyk State Pedagogical Institute with a specialization in Russian language and literature. She later defended her doctoral dissertation at Kuban State University on Russian toponymy in an ethno-psycholinguistic framework, combining theoretical linguistics with cultural identity studies.
